Yes, I agree with you Mike. Unfortunately, Japan law is not the same as U.S. law. The URL will probably sell for quite a bit of Yen to avoid bad press if a court hearing ever results,.... Ahem, now,...if this person resides in another country other than Japan,...hmmm,..they gotta watch out for the Yakusa or Yamaguchi Gusi. ;)
