Tokyo Scouts Festival of a setting free by Scout / Leader and anyone, then entrance that belong to for Tokyo Council,Boy Scouts of Japane large meeting in 1999 was held by Tokyo-To and Tokyo Council Maintenance Foundation support since 10 a.m. of April 18th, 1999 to 3 p.m. with Tokyo Big Sight in Tokyo.
In each Display Corners,There are the ceremony site, various boots and each display corners in the Holes.
Neckerchiefs of Troops and Groups was displayed for Display Corner inside every District in Council.
Scouts on Stamps and literature of Scout relevant was displayed in each Display Corners.
Again,Sony Co/Honda Motor Co/ Bridgestone Co/ Bandai Co/ Fuji photographic Film Co. of an approval enterprise.
and Tokyo-to Capital Tree Planting Propulsive Committee, Fire Service Agency,N.H.K and WWF(The World Wide Fund For Nature of Japan) also exhibited it .
