According to the database on a CD shop site,
it seems that the Zepp Live Tour video have two product codes
PHBL-1003(DVD) and PHVL-7001(VHS).
And the recording time is 140min, the price is 6800yen, tax included.

For your information,
the video title "ZEPP TOUR 1999 - 137fun 33byo no kiseki" means that
Seiko performed miracles for 137 minutes and 33 seconds
in the Zepp Live Tour (at Tokyo on Oct 22, 1999)...It's GREAT!!
