As I know, "Forever Live 98" only released in VHS and LD but not DVD.

And it has been released for quite a long time now, I don't think you can
find if now in Mongkok.  Not the brand new one, may be you can try
the second hand shop.

For "Zepp Tour 1999", it will be released on 29.3.2000.  You can make
a booking in Shinseido in TST.
