All tickets sold out.
Most of Japanese fan cannot get them.

But,I recommend you to look for seiko's tickets 
in some Kinken Shops (ticket shop)in New Shimbashi Bld.
(In front of Shimbashi St 2 Sts from Tokyo St by Yamanote Line)

In this Bld,you may find tickets.
I thik that this price(1 person) is 
\30,000 for arena
\15,000 for 1F
\10,000 for 2F
in Nippon Budokan.

Could you try...
