This is what to be careful about. 
Seiko sings Nagisano Balcony in a Summer Medley special (where each performer
would be singing one summer tune each) Seiko comes as the third or forth singer.
The first was Go Hiromi, second someone else I cannot remember.

Her personal no. comes after that. (perhaps one performer after the medley.
I hope the version you see is not edited.

btw, did you catch the one with her singing Sweet Memories iwth rock group
