Mike and Siu Bee,

Yes, I agree with both of you that Seiko speaks good English, but her voice was overdubbed.  You might want to check out the credit.  Lin's voice: Japanese woman's name (I forgot who, but it appears on the credit).

I don't understand why it was overdubbed, and I am dying to find out the reason.

Thank you for the tip about GEDO.  I'll try Kinokuniya when I go there next time.
