Subject: The Seiko "On The Road" Mix CD
Date: 2001/11/14 13:01:08
Hi everyone,
Like all of you, I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of new Seiko music very
soon. I decided that the best way to get prepared for it was to listen to the
best of her most recent songs, so I gave myself the challenge of creating a CD
that I could take in the car with me. I wanted to start the CD with "Gone With
The Rain" but that made the playlist just a few seconds over the 80 minute
limit...:-(
I also thought about "True Love Story" (I'm not really a Hiromi Go fan) but
decided to add it to keep the flow of singles intact. I started with Love &
Emotion Vol 1 and ended with Forever, coming up with 75 minutes of music that
will make driving in the miserable Silicon Valley traffic a lot nicer:
1). Forever
2). Koisuru Omoi ~Fall In Love~
3). Can't Say Goodbye
4). Touch The LOVE
5). Kanashimi No Boat
6). 20th Party
7). A Midsummer's Night Dream
8). Rain
9). Unseasonable Shore
10). Christmas Turned Blue
11). December Morn
12). True Love Story
13). The Sound Of Fire
14). This Is The Place
15). Woman
16). Anatashika Mienai
Also, since the holidays are here, I'd like to make my Christmas wish for
Seiko.
While I was making the CD I looked through the 20th Party booklet and saw the
lyrics "I love you, I'm always loving you, I'm dreaming, I'm dreaming of you."
My wish is that in the year ahead Seiko finds the true love of her life,
someone that she can sing those words to with all of her heart. Anyone who can
sing about love with the passion of Seiko should have it in her own life...she
should live all of her days in a "True Love Story."
That's my wish. Happy Holidays, everyone...
Best regards,
Mike
