Whether or not her new English Album is meant to be a U.S. release or
a JP release, I'm sure it's going to be a good one.

Someone once told me that Richard Carpenter does not record unless the vocalist
and the instrumentation are recorded together in order to transmit the 'feeling'
of the song throughout everyone in the room,...wow, can you imagine the pressure
,....but then again music is about evoking feelings and emotions and conveying
a message as thought out by the lyricist, musicians and the vocals-- I'm hoping
that Seiko gets pushed to the limits once again as that is what brings out
the best in her.

One thing I'd like to mention about the 'Hollywood' issue above, someone told
me that Seiko's recent albums have a more 'mature, deeper' sound to her voice
and that they like it better than the 'high-pitched' sound of previous albums.
I believe that most people in N.A. prefer this 'deeper' voice than the high-
pitched vocals of before (I kinda like her higher vocals).... so perhaps
her new album will have a greater sound appeal to the North American market
if Seiko keeps her vocals down in pitch,.... (I still prefer the older Seiko
sound myself) ("....welcome to,..Stlawbelleeeeee time")
