Hi Shopgirl,
I haven't really been keeping up lately (shame on me) but like Simon I have been reading updates re: the concert, etc.

I agree with Simon, go to the rehearsal and enjoy something that is "once in a lifetime".

Often, I find myself enjoying the first part of her concert LD's (gosh, am I dating myself) that show the setting up of the stage and Seiko checking things out prior to THE big event.  It's like a foreshadowing of what to expect, and you just know it in your bones that it's going to be good.

I do have a concert LD of the group 'Anzen Chitai' which shows a "once in a lifetime" rehearsal prior to the concert.  The one thing that made it all worth it for the fans is that the band made time for their loyal fans by signing autographs and singing amongst them all,...literally right in the seating area.  It looked like one big family reunion as everyone huddled (cuddled?) with the band.  Maybe (keep your fingers crossed) Seiko might do the same and join her fans down below.
