Hi Shopgirl, 

Thanks for the info.  yeah, i just checked Yesasia and yes,
the price is still at US $13.49 and the suggested retail price is still
1500yen.  so i don't what is going on.  I have sent an email to Yesasia
regarding the version that i'll be getting.  I'll make sure
i'm not going to shell out an extra 4 bucks for the regular version.

Hey Tim, actually I like the regular edition cover too.  very simple make-up.
but i still like the special packaging of the limited version.

Will update you guys once i get a response from Yesasia.
