I agree, Shopgirl!!

I think she's been very conscious about what fans really want recently and
taking it very serously. This attitude has been reflected well in her choice
of song in each live show. The choice of "Mirai no Hanayome" for '99 Zepp Live
and '02 Jewel Box is a good example. The crowd reacted super well to "Mirai no
Hanayome" at '99 Zepp Live so she included it on '02 Jewel Box. But I think
she felt reaction it gets fading out at '02 Jewel Box and more at '02 Countdown
Live. This must have been the same result she got from "Pineapple Island"
recently.

So she pulled out "Ringoshu no Hibi"!!
What a maniac choice that is!
But she knows that a relatively maniac choice would please old good fans.
I'm one of them so I welcome maniac choices and have been frustrated by
Seiko's expected choices.

But I was wrong!!
I must say that the song lists for her live has been well thought and balanced.

I learned from my experience at 7/31 Budokan that non Seiko manias like to
hear what they know. Those are Seiko's popular songs which regulars hear
at lives very often. But of course, non Seiko manias seemed impressed by
strong performance of "Ringoshu no Hibi" although they heard the song for the
first time. This was a happy exception because she made audience go wow more
by her performance and direction of stage than by the song itself.

I can't stop thinking about what she pulls out next year.
Next year, she has a new album. So we know she sings few songs from that.
Just imagining how it goes makes me happy these days.
I think, I hope she sings "Hotaru no Sogen" finally next year. Let's see.
