Last night I watched the Seiko Live 2003 Tour on Perfec TV channel. 

It was the most disappointing to the point of almost disgusting piece of live 
recording I have ever seen. There were several cameras at used, but the editing 
was even worse than being ameteurish.

The result was you have simply a recording that did not capture not one bit of 
the Live Tour. Not only will you not see or even imagine the response of the 
crowd to the performance on stage, you will also even not get to see the actual 
stage and setting effects for any particular songs because of the weird angle 
shots which the "#$(6sf'f%' editor "creatively cut.

What a waste, because there was so much great coordination among the performer, 
the lighting, settings, and the visuals to each song particularly Ringoshu no 
Hibi, Chameleon, Sweet Memories, and Natsuno Tobira. And these big four was the 
most climax of this entire Tour or to be precise the last 3yrs we have had of Seiko. 

I was even hoping to buy this DVD as presents, but not anymore. This tour is 
only in memory unfortunately.

Real big time shame to all three: TBS broadcasting station, Sony and Fantic Management!!!!
