Bill,
You have a great ear!!! :)
This is probably one of the most underrated piece of recording by Seiko,
even by her own fans.
It is the theme song for her first movie filmed in 1981, based on a famous
literature. The song is available in the following albums:
1. Seiko Fragance (1981.11.1)
2. Seiko Avenue (1984.11.21)
3. Complete Bible (disc 1) (released in 1996.9.21)
4. Seiko Suite Special edition (released in 2000.7.5 but already out of print)
The above are all best collection ablums... but the best is #4 as they are
re-mastered.... invest in a great headphones, and play this re-mastered CD,
and you are on cloud nine.
Then, if you strike lottery, you can further invest in a super analog player
and amp... because the original recording is also available the soundtrack
album. I have the LD but the sound (in terms of its liveliness and realism)
is best in #4 CD and the LP record.
This links brings you to the LP

But nothing beats the live performance which she did at that time on TV.
I have heard it once and it kills... that is the closest I get to being in heaven.
