Translation into Japanese

Dear all,

In Jbook internet shop, it says the 'Call Me' released on
7/7/2004 is a 8cm CD single.  But in Shinseido's website
it says 'maxi'.  Nonetheless, it is a reissue of the CD
single with a different 'number' THAN  last year's 
release no SRCL 5570. I wonder what the cover looks like and why
there is a re-release.  I hope somebody in Japan 
can find out for us.
